Home Again Home Again Jiggity Jig

I had such a great time this past week rooming with my buddies Heidi and Carol, and being spoiled rotten by Stampin' Up!, but I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight. Dorothy, said it best "there's no place like home." Today's share is one of the many favorite cards at Leadership. Can you guess how they made the "pinwheels"?  Too cute, definitely going to give this technique a try.

    oooh this is cute! I enlarged and was looking at it. The flower punch? Or maybe made with hearts? Not sure but it is super cute.
