Supplies Needed:
Scallop Trim corner punch
1 1/4" square punch
2 DSP squares 3" x 3" (1 each of coordinating designs)
2 cardstock squares 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Begin by punching the DSP in each corner of both squares with the Scallop Trim corner punch.
Once all eight corners are punched, you want to take the 1 1/4" square punch and "punch out" each corner of the DSP carefully not cutting through the lovely loop. You will have eight squares with a scalloped corner.
Your DSP will look like this when you have punched the four squares. I saved this scrap to stamp the sentiment on, then punched it out with the word window punch.

Take your two cardstock squares and mount with Snail one on top the other forming a eight pointed star shape, this is your pinwheel base.
Mount each scalloped corner square to the pinwheel base alternating colors, using a small amount of Snail to attach.
On the last scalloped square, you will slide it under the first scallop square you mounted. This gives you the "fancy pinwheel".
